I encountered a couple of issues . The room felt quite stuffy. The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, a real bother. the cleanliness could have been better. I spotted dust in several areas of the room.

the room was super clean and very spacious. all my friends were able to get ready easily with plenty of space. i appreciate the cake they provided because we were celebrating a birthday. check-in was super quick and my room was ready early. the staff was friendly and the hotel smelled great. breakfast variety was very good and i enjoyed the options. the room looked just like the picture with lovely decoration. i found the bed comfortable and slept very well. the location was close to places i wanted to visit. i got a good sized bathroom with decent decor. i thought the car park at £15 for the night was reasonable for the area.
i found some dead flowers in pots outside and a few cigarette butts around the area.

the rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated, just like in the pictures. the beds was comfortable, and everything was super clean. the bathroom had a decent size and the room was quiet.

The room was clean upon arrival and the bed provided good comfort.
I had issues with noise. The walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations next door very clearly (it was annoying). the breakfast service on one of the days was not good. The staff seemed disinterested and slow, a stark contrast (it felt odd).

The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room featured a comfortable bed and an excellent shower (the water pressure was great!). I found parking on site to be a real bonus.
The TV operation wasn't straightforward.
