spacious bedrooms lush bathrooms attentive service
The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Bathrooms offer a very lush experience. The service impressed me. Reception was cute and professional. The breakfast service struck a fine balance between attentiveness and respect for privacy.
I found the food choices during the evening to be somewhat limited.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
faulty air conditioning dusty room
I encountered a couple of issues . The room felt quite stuffy. The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, a real bother. the cleanliness could have been better. I spotted dust in several areas of the room.

awesome stay!
super clean room friendly staff early check-in comfortable bed
the room was super clean and very spacious. all my friends were able to get ready easily with plenty of space. i appreciate the cake they provided because we were celebrating a birthday. check-in was super quick and my room was ready early. the staff was friendly and the hotel smelled great. breakfast variety was very good and i enjoyed the options. the room looked just like the picture with lovely decoration. i found the bed comfortable and slept very well. the location was close to places i wanted to visit. i got a good sized bathroom with decent decor. i thought the car park at £15 for the night was reasonable for the area.
i found some dead flowers in pots outside and a few cigarette butts around the area.

thin walls slow service
The room was clean upon arrival and the bed provided good comfort.
I had issues with noise. The walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations next door very clearly (it was annoying). the breakfast service on one of the days was not good. The staff seemed disinterested and slow, a stark contrast (it felt odd).

The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room featured a comfortable bed and an excellent shower (the water pressure was great!). I found parking on site to be a real bonus.
The TV operation wasn't straightforward.
